How to Book On Line

 

Dear Customer,

in order to make the booking process as comfortable as possible we have provided a brief explanation with each step should you encounter some problems. We appreciate if you could contact us in case you consider that our booking process can be improved. We value the feedback of our Clients!

Note: Apulia Shuttle accept requests for reservations on line at least 24 hours in advance of the expected date/time of the required service. For last minute bookings we will suggest you to call directly +39 392 9900179. Our On-line system does not allow to list extra charge according to services required in night hours and/or on Bank Holiday (see terms & conditions), Apulia Shuttle may need to apply an additional supplement. The Customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours.

 

STEP 1: Choose Transfer

Please select:     

  • Pick-up Point (From).
  • Drop-off Point (To).
  • Date and time of the service requested.
  • If your trip is one-way or return, amount of passengers as well as suitcases.

 

Note: All Addresses / Hotel / Relais / Bed & breakfast within the same ​​city area has always the same rate.

E.g: From "Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport" to "Alberobello (Ba)" the one way transfer fee is € 126.50. From "Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport" to "Grand Hotel La Chiusa di Chietri, S.S. 172 - Km. 29 + 800, 70011, Alberobello (BA)", the fee is always € 126,50 ( simply complete the destination address field as requested).

 

STEP 2: Choose Provider & Service

  • We will provide the Customer with a resume of the itinerary so please check if all the information is correct. (Departure Date/Time, Pick-up Point, Drop Off Point, amount of Passengers as well as suitcases, Transfer one way or Return, Distance/Time Estimated).
  • We will provide provided the customer with a choice of available vehicles for that particular destination based on the information that was provided. You can choose one of the options available and proceed to step 3 for personal details.

 

STEP 3: Checkout

Insert and confirm your personal details:

  • Full name of the passenger (the person travelling).
  • A mobile number starting with the country code as follows +(country code) and the correct contact telephone number .
  • A correct email address. Please note that if we do not have a valid email address we will not be able to send the Confirmation of Reservation.
  • The amount of children/child seats. Type 0 if the presence is not requested. (Please indicate the weight and age in the notes).
  • The Pick Up/Drop Off correct address or Hotel name.

 

REMARK: In case the indicated address should be out of the arrival destination city area, the Customer will send a simple request for quotation, becouse it might be also necessary to apply an additional supplement. The Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours.

Choose the desired payment mode in between:

  • PayPal: by this way, after checking the availability of vehicle, Apulia Shuttle will send an email with a PayPal payment request for the requested service. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send to the Customer a Booking Confirmation email with itinerary details and Travel Voucher which has to be presented to the driver.
  • Bank Transfer: by this way, after checking the availability of vehicle, Apulia Shuttle will send an email to the Customer providing all Bank Account details you need to make the deposit. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send to the Customer a Booking Confirmation email with itinerary details and Travel Voucher which has to be presented to the driver.

 

STEP 4: Confirmation & Send Request

  •  We will provide the Customer with a resume of the itinerary so please check if all the information is correct.  (Departure Date/Time, Pick-up Point, Drop Off Point, amount of Passengers as well as suitcases, Transfer one way or Return, Distance/Time Estimated).
  • It 's always possible to go back and change them.
  • Confirm and send your transfer request.

 

REMARK: Check the email adress you’ve entered before. Customer will receive an email notification of the acceptance by our system of his transfer request.
